Our Story

We asked ourselves; 'Why is it so hard to get great tasting, pure water?'. We (Christine & Rock, owners) started bottling water in our home because we couldn't find a local distilled water supplier that gave us the purity that we needed for our young child. Once we recognized the opportunity to match tasty, pure water with great customer service, we ramped up our operations and started expanding. Today we produce an average of 12,000 bottles per week, and distribute to a good portion of eastern Ontario and even into southern Quebec. And this is only the beginning. We are continuously upgrading our facilities to maintain the level of quality that we've always promised. Without our efforts to keep producing high-quality products, we wouldn't have the great customer base supporting and growing with us.

Incredibly clean water is always going to be our greatest focus, because it's the reason we started Cristill Rock. It's easy to lose sight of your early goals when you've grown like we have, but we're committed to daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly testing through a number of processes, both local and off site; independent and government. Our facility is cleaned after each production day and is subject to rigorous evaluation. This is why we can guarantee top-quality water in every bottle. We've carried that same philosophy into our Keurig coffee systems. A great compliment to our water distributions, delicious coffee is a natural addition to our offering, because your daily coffee is only as good as the water you're using. With a giant selection of coffee, teas and specialty drinks, we're sure everyone will find their favourite flavours. Starting out from a one-person operation, you can understand why we're so excited about growing our family to 18 members. Each one of our team members plays such an important role in delivering our value to each of our customers. We wouldn't be where we are today without the hard work and dedication of our team, and the love and support from our extended family, our customers.
